Bekis ehf Refund & Return Policy

Your right to cancel (14-day withdrawal right) Under EU/EEA consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is a legal right that applies to all standard orders from Bekis ehf.

To cancel, just email us at help@bekix.is with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel (no specific form required). You then have a further 14 days to send the part back to us.

Condition of returned goods You can inspect and test-fit a part the way you would in a shop before deciding to keep it. However, if a part is returned installed, used, or handled beyond what's needed to check it's the right fit, we may deduct an amount from your refund reflecting the reduction in its value — for some parts, heavy use can mean little or no refund, since the part may no longer be resellable as new.

Return shipping cost You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Refunds Once we receive the returned part (or proof you've sent it), we'll process your refund — including your original delivery charge — within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items If your part arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at help@bekix.is within 14 days of delivery. In these cases, return shipping and any replacement costs are covered by us — this is separate from, and in addition to, your general right of withdrawal above.

Special-order / made-to-spec parts Parts we source or cut specifically to your vehicle's specification, and that can't reasonably be resold to another customer, are not covered by the 14-day withdrawal right. We'll clearly tell you at the time of order if a part falls into this category.
