Bekis ehf Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Bekis ehf website and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us Bekis ehf is an Icelandic private corporation based in Iceland.

2. Products We source genuine parts (including brands such as Brembo, Bosch, FEBI Bilstein, etc.) directly from European wholesale suppliers. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, compatibility information, and pricing are accurate; if we discover a pricing or listing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before processing the order.

3. Orders and payment By submitting an order, you're making an offer to purchase the part(s) described, at the price shown, in Icelandic Króna (ISK) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — and will notify you promptly if this happens.

4. Your right to cancel You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on standard orders, as described in full in our Refund Policy. This right does not apply to parts made or sourced specifically to your vehicle's specification.

5. Compatibility It's the customer's responsibility to confirm a part is the correct fit for their specific vehicle before ordering. If you're unsure, contact us at parts@bekix.is before purchasing.

6. Shipping and delivery See our Shipping Policy for delivery timeframes and costs.

7. Liability Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have under Icelandic or EU consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement, including your statutory rights regarding defective goods. To the extent permitted by law, Bekis ehf is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from improper installation of parts purchased through our store. Safety-critical parts (such as brake components) should always be installed by a qualified mechanic.
